Simple Sourdough
Geraldine is passionate about creating nutrient dense, delicious food to nourish the body. She loves experimenting with new ferments and teaching others how simple and satisfying home fermentation is.
Sourdough is far more than just a delicious, crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, fragrant bread. The fermentation process means sourdough contains less gluten and is easier for our bodies to digest. It also neutralises phytic acid meaning our bodies can access the minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron within the flours.
Our simple no-knead sourdough bread is easy as! It takes just 5 minutes to mix up and then after rising bakes into beautiful, crusty bread great for sandwiches and toast.
We love the fact that no plastic bags are involved either!
